We are working on individual residential buildings and large public buildings (from 1000 m2) with focus on energy-efficiency (class A+ as very high efficient architecture), as well as innovative materials and technologies.
In particular, AR Architectural Solutions stage of the project we provide includes the following stages: Schematic Design SD, Project Documentation, Architectural Supervision of realization process.
A type of project, procedures of work, supervision and payment are collaboration issues.

Design of engineering networks of individual residential buildings, incl. energy efficient ones:
Supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery
Heating systems, heat-insulated flooring.
Calculation of the energy balance of residential and public buildings using PHPP (Passive House Planning Package):
Calculation of the energy balance and determination of energy efficient buildings parameters. The works are based on the German standard of the Passive House Institute in Germany.
The calculation is included to the AR project stage, if the project is under our supervising. In other cases, the calculation service is additional one, where the payment is collaboration issue.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We are working on residential and public interiors, when unique approach is a key.
In particular, the project (AR Architectural Solutions stage) we provide includes the following stages: Schematic Design SD, Working Documentation, Architectural Supervision of realization process.
