BIM PROJECT COMPETITION
The individual housing project was developed according to the design standards of a passive house for the 2nd climate zone of Russia.
THE PROJECT IS BASED ON BIM MODELING IN ARCHICAD.
The energy balance of the building is calculated in phpp (passive house planning package).
According to the calculations, the COSTS OF THE HEATING of the building is 30.4 kW * H / M2 that can be more
profitable than CLASS A ++ BUILDINGS INDICATORS (according to the norms and rules `thermal protection of buildings`)
